Outstanding you can create your own PDF's or download them and fill them out online and then save them print them e-mail and fax them and even SMS them! you can add a digital copy of your signature so that you can actually receive a pdf as an email or e-fax and sign it and send it back a email, sms, fax etc. and you can do it all from any computer or mobile device

I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. This is an amazing website and it has been extremely helpful for me. it makes it really easy to send in important paperwork at the last minute as I do oh so often.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
