Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

Great User friendly Program!!
The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

Able to change words on documents-So helpful
I was unable to find a pdf editor that allowed me to change the words already provided on the forms. This has been a God send. Thank you for creating this program for people to use. The charge for using this program is a little expensive but I am extremely grateful for a 30 day trial. Thank you again.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I get rid of the extra space in my header?
To check and adjust: Click Customize for your header/footer document to edit it. While editing the document, click Insert > Header to access that area. Reduce any blank or empty space in your header that is below your information. For instance, delete or remove any extra blank lines there.
How do I reduce the space between header and text?
To decrease the distance between header and body, just decrease the height of the margin, getting it closer to the height of your header. The same way you can increase or decrease the distance between footer and body text.
