Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.

Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Streamline document management with real ease.
We use this tool for document management mainly and it does the job with ease.
Document upload is real quick
Mobile applications work really good.
Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers.
I don't see any disadvantage with this tool.

It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

I used it to copy signatures onto other documents to make signing them easier. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the signatures and the ability to manually clean them up easily. I appreciate this service and would recommend it to others.

I create residential leases using the software. It allows me to deleted unwanted pages and to edit them how they need to be.

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

How to Use the Redact Work Feature in pdfFiller
The Redact Work feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily redact sensitive information from your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload Document' button on the homepage.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Redact Work' tab at the top of the page.

Select the text or image that you want to redact. You can do this by clicking and dragging your cursor over the area you want to redact.

After selecting the content, click on the 'Redact' button that appears. This will permanently remove the selected content from your document.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any additional content you want to redact.

Once you have finished redacting all the necessary content, click on the 'Save' button to save your redacted document.

You can now download or share your redacted document as needed.

How do you redact a document?
Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
How do you black out text in a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
How do you redact a PDF document?
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.
How do I remove redaction marks from a PDF?
Click on an area marked for redaction, and press Delete. Right-click an area marked for redaction, and select Delete from the menu.
How do I black out text in a PDF without redacting it?
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
What should I redact on a bank statement?
Information that must be redacted on emailed bank statements is: All digits except the last 4 of the account number appearing on the statement. All digits of the routing number printed on the check images in the statement.
What is a redacted bank statement?
We use REDACTED to conceal sensitive information. If you find something funny on your bank statement that you want to share on the Internet or with your friends, you might send them a picture of the statement, but with your name, bank account number, and other sensitive info REDACTED.
