Free Download. Download the PDFelement from the website into your Mac computer. Open the PDF. To edit your document, you should first import and open the PDF. Resize PDF. Compress the PDF file by selecting the desired quality of the PDF.
Select a picture in your document. Note that the Picture Format tab becomes available. On the Picture Format tab, in the Adjust group, select Compress Pictures. Under Compression options, do either of the following: Under Resolution, select Use default resolution.
Go to the Compress PDF tool. Drag and drop your PDF file into the tool, choose 'Basic Compression'. Wait for us to work on reducing its file size. Click download to save your PDF document.
From the file menu, select Reduce File Size. Change the picture quality to one of the available options besides High Fidelity. Choose which images you want to apply the compression to and click Ok.
