I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

What do you like best?
OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs.
What do you dislike?
I don’t really dislike anything, maybe I would like the notarize option to let you do multiple signatures/ persons in the same document

I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

How do I remove the print restriction on a PDF?
You just need to right-click on the PDF file, and you will see the below window. Select “Remove Restrictions” or “Remove Restrictions & Save as”, and soon you will get a PDF without restriction.
How do I print a secured PDF without the password?
Click File > Properties.
After the Document Properties opens, make the Security tab selected, and choose No Security from the drop-down menu next to Security Method.
Now the PDF document is unsecured, and you can print it without any password or restrictions.
