I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Could be worse for this price
I was expecting that it will be worse because I have seen a lot of weird and bad reviews. Especially in their Google extension market. But it works not bad, actually. I can recommend it.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.
