It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

Easy to use and one of the best software to use to sign documents. Also great when you need to edit pdf files.
There were some issues when I tried to fill documents online. Find that I have to download the document.

But today was different.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Highly recommend! This is an awesome site/resource for pros and newbies alike! Being new to all things graphic design related, I have utilized PDF filler several times to help with my projects *at no charge! Unfortunately, I lost my “real job” due to CoVid, so, at this time, I’m not in a position to pay the (very reasonable) annual fee to utilize all of the amazing benefits/features. BUT - as soon as I am able, I will happily do so. I was also really impressed with the Customer Service team. They are extremely professional, helpful and respond quickly. *side note: I almost never post recommendations (good or bad) but in this case, I felt the exception was well deserved.

If you’re not signed in, click Connect to Box

Select Overwrite File from the drop-down menu, see below:
