I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

It takes a minute to get use to but I think I'm getting it. Trying to use to send files to the government.
I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out.... there are so many pop up windows.

Easy to fill forms!
This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

Easy to use, saves time
Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot.
PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures and finalize documents all in one step, saves time!
It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

Excellent program. It took me a little while to get the hang of inputting information correctly. After a couple of tries, I got the hang of it and I love it.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

How to Use the Replace Page in VIA Feature
The Replace Page in VIA feature allows you to easily replace a page in your PDF document with another page from a different PDF file. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document that you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Tools' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'VIA' option from the dropdown menu.

In the VIA sidebar, click on the 'Replace Page' button.

A dialog box will appear. Click on the 'Choose File' button to select the PDF file that contains the page you want to replace.

Once you've selected the file, a thumbnail view of the pages in that file will be displayed.

Click on the page you want to replace in your current document.

Next, click on the page you want to replace it with from the thumbnail view.

You can also use the 'Page Range' option to replace multiple pages at once.

After selecting the page(s), click on the 'Replace' button.

The selected page(s) will be replaced in your PDF document.

Remember to save your changes by clicking on the 'Save' button.
