I've only used this service once, and I'm pleased with the outcome. My document looked more professional and I will use this service again. I think it's a bit pricey, so I suggest the company use a "one-time-purchase" option or free trial before buying.

Really good experience! I used it for UK Law Society forms relating to the sale of my property. The forms are excellently produced and easy to complete and save. The functionality is REALLY good!

Online use without having to download anything onto your computer. If you are a blogger you have too much on your desktop already!
Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial.
I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

I really appreciate being able to search easily for the documents
I really appreciate being able to search for and work with the documents you have on the database. Being able to work In Pro Per with these documents really allows me to file legal documents with ease.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I make a duplicate invoice?
Go to the Sales menu and select All Sales. Open the invoice or estimate you need to copy. Select More, then select Copy. (Note: After the invoice or estimate is copied it has a note saying it is a copy.) Edit the invoice or estimate as needed, then select Save.

Go to the bills module and select the bill which needs to be duplicated. Select the More drop down and click on Clone. A new bill window will open up containing the details of the bill which is to be duplicated. Change any details if necessary and click on Save.
