much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.

How do you format page breaks in Excel?
Click the worksheet that you want to modify. On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. You can also click Page Break Preview on the status bar. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks. Click Reset All Page Breaks.
How can I delete a blank page in Excel?
Right-click the tab that displays the title of an existing worksheet and choose “Delete Sheet.” If you prefer to use the controls in the Excel ribbon to delete extra worksheets, switch to the sheet you want to delete and navigate to the ribbon's “Home” tab.
How do you put a break in Excel?
