What is a tag report?
The Tag Report provides visibility into your inbound and outbound tag activity, allowing you to better understand message volume, performance patterns, and campaign effectiveness. This report is available on Professional and Advanced plans.
What are message tags?
Message tags give you the ability to send messages to a person outside the normally allowed 24-hour window for a limited number of purposes that require continual notification or updates.
How do you tag text?
Enter the name of your tag in the Add a New Tag section (e.g. Feedback, Lead, etc.) Click the Add Tag button. You'll see the new tag appear in your Current Tags section.
What do the symbols next to text messages mean?
Message not delivered: If you notice a red exclamation point next to a scent message, this means the message could not be delivered. Delete message: Click on the recycle bin to delete a message or a whole conversation.
How do I report a tag in Zendesk?
In Zendesk Support, click the Reporting icon (). Select the Insights tab, then click the Geodata link in the right corner. Select Report from the toolbar. Click Create report. In the What panel, select the metric # Tickets. In the How panel, select the attribute Ticket Tags.
