I really enjoy PDF filler and the multiple optiond that it allows. However I think that it would probably beat out "docusign" if the monthly payment was a bit more economical such as9.99. However, for the most part it is a pretty decent service.

Great Product! I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it. It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved. I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

Those temporary plates will have information on them that links to a DMV database where the car and buyer of the car can be identified. According to the DMV, paper plates are supposed to be used for no more than 90 days, since the car owner will have had to get the permanent plates in the mail by then.
A new law taking effect January 1, 2019, mandates that dealers give out temporary paper plates or permanent license plates issued by the California DMV. The plates will list information including a temporary license plate number, report of sale number, vehicle identification number, make and model.
The intent is to assist law enforcement and parking/toll agencies in identifying vehicles driven without license plates. Unable to identify a vehicle that may have been involved in a crime before law enforcement approaches it. Difficult to investigate crimes involving vehicles.
Paper plates in California are valid and authorized by the vehicle code. They do not provide a basis for the officer to stop a vehicle. If the officer did not observe the plates until after the stop, absent other observations leading to suspicion of violation of
Temporary license plates should be placed where the standard plates should go on your given vehicle. On a related note, many motorcycles are now fastening plates to the vertical position on the bike. This is also improper, and you could be cited as well.
Californian allows drivers to drive with the dealer plate (paper plate) for 90 days beginning from the sale date. The law does not require for the dealers to make sure that buyers receive the permanent license plates and registration within 90-day period.
For most Los Angeles drivers, it means that a police officer has to observe a California Vehicle Code violation, such as speeding, swerving, or having paper license plates. Missing front or rear license plate is a violation of California Vehicle Code section 5200 and is a reason to pull over a car.
Paper number plates should only be valid for 72 hours max. Anyone driving without both number plates should be fined R5000 just so cover some potential fines they could have incurred.
