great product. a bit pricy for the monthly subscription. charging by the document would be better for a person like me who only needs to use the service occasionally.

I like that you can complete and send all through the site. The customer support online feature is great and the reps were knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to Use
Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

How do I reduce the size of an Outlook email?
Click the File tab.
Click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings.
On the Data Files tab, click the data file that you want to compact, and then click Settings.
Click Compact Now.
How do I reduce the size of an email in Gmail?
Select the photo in the email. If the image is large, Google will resize to Best fit, so it appears neatly on the page. Select Small from the sizing options to reduce it. Or use the blue squares on the outline around the photo to drag it to the size you want.
How do I reduce the size of a folder?
Open that folder, then select File, New, Compressed (zipped) folder. Type a name for the compressed folder and press enter. Your new compressed folder will have a zipper on its icon to indicate that any files contained in it are compressed. To compress files (or make them smaller) simply drag them into this folder.
How do you be notified when you receive an email?
Open up the Gmail app.
Tap in the upper left corner and then on Settings.
Select the email account where you're receiving important email.
Make sure Notifications is checked.
Scroll down and tap on “Manage labels”
Why don't my email notifications show up?
Go back to Settings and choose General settings. Select Manage Notifications here and make sure that Mail is set to On. This will take care of in-app notification settings for the Gmail app. Wait for a few hours to see if you are receiving mail notifications.
