The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
