Definitely Useful As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient. PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively. Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

Very Easy to use and meet the needs that I had for documents able to make changes on a PDF and electronic sign them as well. Thank you for that ease of use. Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible. Printing completed documents, I have to save them first and then find the ones that I have just amended to print

On the Home page, in the Customers section, click Create Invoices. In the Create Invoice toolbar, click Customize. Click Customize Data Layout. Click Make a Copy. Select among the Header, Columns, Footer, and Print tabs to access the form settings you want to change.
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.

Go to the List menu, and select Templates. From the list of forms in the new “Template” window, double-click on the form you want to customize. You will then be taken to the Basic Customization window as shown in the snapshot below. Click on Manage Templates. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
Click the Content tab. Click the Activity section on the preview image to show the options. Click the Edit Labels and Widths link. Move the slider to adjust the widths (moving it will affect the widths of other columns as well).

All you have to do is hover your mouse over the top column bar, where the title of each column appears. Between the columns, your mouse will adjust into a grabbing tool, which you'll use to click and drag the columns to adjust them. If you're having trouble with that, please don't hesitate to reach back out for help.
