The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.
What do you dislike?
The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

It an efficient product that makes all documents/applications/etc look professional.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.

I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.

Don't think about it twice, use it!

My experience was excellent. As a first time user, the program was full featured and easy to use.
Ability to complete my tasks quickly and easily.
Ease of use. The program was very intuitive for me to use from the start and had all the features I needed to complete a complex form. It is an excellent piece of software.

How to Use the Restore Highlight in WPS Feature
The Restore Highlight in WPS feature allows you to easily restore highlighted text in your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open your PDF document in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Highlight' tool in the toolbar.

Select the text you want to highlight by clicking and dragging your cursor over it.

Once the text is highlighted, a small pop-up window will appear.

In the pop-up window, click on the 'Restore Highlight in WPS' button.

A new tab will open in your browser with the WPS Office website.

If you don't have WPS Office installed, you will be prompted to download and install it.

Once WPS Office is installed, the highlighted text from your PDF document will be automatically restored in the WPS Writer application.
