The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.

The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

Good service but some things like…
Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

The support team at PDFFiller is top notch
The support team at PDFFiller is top notch. They always respond promptly and professionally and even accept suggestions for improvement of the software. I personally am amazed at the evolution of this product over the last 7 or 8 years.

It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.

It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is an excellent product at a great price. The 5-user shareable version is only $15 a month. That is the total for all 5-=users. They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms. Michael Block CPA mblock@blocktax.com

The fax option is $10 a month. It should be $5. However, a $3 third-party fax add-on works with it

How to Use the Review Stamp PDF Feature in pdfFiller

Open your pdfFiller account and upload the PDF document that you want to review.

Click on the “Stamp” button on the top menu of the page.

From the dropdown options, select “Review Stamp”.

Choose the type of Review Stamp you want to add by clicking on its icon. You can choose from the following: “Approved”, “Confidential”, “Draft”, “Revised”, “Reviewed”, and “Void”.

Click on the part of the document where you want to add the Review Stamp. You can drag it to the desired location, and resize it to fit your needs.

Save the document by clicking on the “Save” button located on the top right corner of the page.

To add comments or feedback, click on the Review Stamp you just added, and write your notes in the “Comments” box.

To finalize your review, download the stamped and commented PDF document to your device by clicking on the “Download” button.

How do I save a stamp in PDF?
Go to the “Comment” menu, and click the “Create Stamp” button. Choose “Create Custom Stamp” from the drop-down menu, select an image from your computer, and upload it to create a new custom stamp. You can name it for future use, and then click “OK” to save it.
How do I add a stamp to all pages in Blue beam?
Go to Batch > Apply Stamp. To use a previously saved batch of PDFs, click Load and select the desired file. The active PDF, if any, is automatically added to the process. By default, any document in the Files list will be affected.
