Very good so far except that when I attempt to print completed documents the program changes the orientation of the doc so that it cannot be printed. I've managed a work around, but it's annoying.

Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. Graphical interface is lacking, but the software works so effortlessly that this does not impact on the functionality

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in.

Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible.

Revision numbers look like 1.1 ', 1.2 ', 1.3.2.2 or even 1.3.2.2.4.5 '. A revision number always has an even number of period-separated decimal integers. By default, revision 1.1 is the first revision of a file. Each successive revision is given a new number by increasing the rightmost number by one.
