So easy to use and meets all my expectations Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time. needed a PDF filler software easy to use easy to fill out lots of PDF forms without hassle Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use. Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal. Have used it multiple times already in the first few months so I am glad I did not do a month to month membership.

What do you like best? I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

What do you like best? Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with. What do you dislike? Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed. Easy and Cost effective solution for our small company

We are an accounting office in Kansas and we have quite a few clients that are out of town and this program allowed us to get signatures with out having the clients come into the office multiple times. Do Your Homework. Be Non-Committal/Vague About Salary History and Expectations. Don't Blindly Accept the First Offer. Take Some Time to Consider the Offer and Gauge the Value of the Salary/Benefits as a Whole. Ask for 10-25% More Than What Was Offered. Justify Your Ask.
Don't accept the first offer they expect you to negotiate and salary is always negotiable. That's just not true, says Weiss. Sure, much of the time there is an opportunity to negotiate, but some hiring managers genuinely give you the only number they can offer. The best way to find out, says Weiss, is to inquire.
It's easy to tell your friends to negotiate when they get a job offer. In fact, a study by Salary.com found 84% of employers expect job applicants to negotiate salary during the interview stage. If you're not convinced yet, know this: The hiring manager's on edge too when it comes to negotiating salary.
You may not feel very powerful before you've officially signed a job offer to accept a position. After all, you aren't even working at the company yet. But the fact is that you have the greatest negotiating power during that short window of time between being offered a job and formally agreeing to take it.
Not only does that hurt your bank account in the short term since raises and subsequent salary offers tend to be based on your previous salary, a lower initial salary has a compounding effect. Some studies estimate that failing to negotiate can cost you up to $600,000 over the course of your career.
Salary isn't the only way to increase your earnings. Consider negotiating for a signing bonus, higher performance bonuses, or a shorter time frame for a performance review and raise. Always negotiate salary first, and then move on to other elements of the job offer you want to negotiate. Don't get greedy.
Do not negotiate until you have an offer in writing. Let the employer go first with the offer. However, if they ask you first, tell them your salary range (that you determined with the Considerations in this handout).
