Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool

There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

It´s definately a good pdf writing and editing service, but they do charge quite a lot for people who only use it casually, like me, maybe they should have to more payed plan options...

What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support
