EASY TO USE, TRULY ALLOWS ONE TO EDIT PDFS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE FONTS AND THE ABILITY TO SET THE FONT SIZE MANUALLY, AND SMALLER THAN SIZE 8. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT, USEFUL APP.

It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

Good utility but service was even better I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

From the Online Dashboard, go to Settings > Document Templates and find the template you'd like to modify. (For more information about choosing a template, go to Selecting new invoice or quote templates.)
If there is a mistake, incorrect or wrong entry in the e-invoice, it cannot be edited or corrected.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
To do so, please follow these steps: Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom for styles. Locate the invoice layout you want to use for all the transactions. Under the Action column, click the drop-down arrow beside Edit. A pop-up message will appear, then hit Change template to apply the changes.
If a business makes a mistake on an invoice they have already sent to their customer, they must cancel the invoice with a credit note and then issue a new invoice. The credit note essentially 'pays' the incorrect invoice so there is no outstanding payment.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
Here's how: In your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences. Click Send Forms and go to the Company Preferences tab. Select Add Template. In the Add Email Template window, enter the correct information and click Save.
Can I edit an invoice I have already sent In the left menu, click Sales. Go to the Invoices tab. Locate the Invoice. Click the drop-down arrow under Action. Select View/Edit. Make the necessary changes. Click Save and close.
