I stumbled onto this software product because I needed to redo a 2012 - 1099 form. Since then, I've used it for other forms and I LOVE THE SOFTWARE!! I can't tell enough other people how great it is.

Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

it has been easy to navigate.. but the price is still abit steep. I am student and I am using this one time for my paperwork. Hopefully you can have student packages.

I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements
Being able to fill reports online , print and send.
The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

PDF Filler makes my work so much easier. I am a teacher and I need to change PDF files all the time to meet my students needs. So, before I would print out the original and have to white out what I needed gone and make a copy. Now, I can just upload to PDF Filler, change what I need changed, save a copy of the changed PDF and have it ready to go. I love PDF Filler. Thanks for making my job easier!

Can you undo an S election?
By filing Form 2553, the corporation made an election to be treated as an S corporation, and that status remains in effect until properly revoked or otherwise terminated. An S election for a prior tax year cannot be revoked because no provision within the Code allows late revocations of S corporation elections.
Can you revoke an S election?
To revoke a Subchapter S election/small business election that was made on Form 2553, submit a statement of revocation to the service center where you file your annual return. The statement should state: The corporation revokes the election made under Section 1362(a) The S corporation's EIN.
How do you terminate an S Corp election and revert to an LLC?
Basic Revocation Requirements Your election to have your LLC taxed as an S corporation was done by filing Election by a Small Business Corporation (Form 2553), most likely when you first formed your corporation. You may revoke your company's S corp. status for the current tax year or for a later date.
