i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)

So far, it has provided me easy to create forms from preexisting medical history / investigational files. No longer need to crack your head redoing new form from the original pdf. And patients seem to love getting involved in the whole procedure. Managed to save tonnes of A4 pape

What do you like best?
PDF Filler was a Game changer for me! All my files are saved as a PDF now, I can sign documents and send back via fax or email to customers. Its also very handy with my touch screen laptop. I use a stylist pen and clients can sign just 1 time and I can use it over the course of all their documents. Clients can come in and sign without dealing with paper and copying. All I need is 1 signature and that's it!!! My whole team loves it, and I have had other Agents ask me what I use, so I have referred several of my friends to PDF FILLER.
What do you dislike?
Wish they had more fonts and color texts. Also it would be great if we could capture a signature and send it in to use. Perhaps a bigger data base for signatures as well, and more documents to be saved. Overall this program is very useful in my line of business. I use it multiple times a day, even on the weekends when necessary.

So much less paperwork! Saves time, money, paper and ink. 90% of my documents are saved on my computer. So no more bulky filing cabinets and paper records. Less $ on ink, and paper which is very expensive. Its actually safer to save to a hard drive anyway. Very pleased with everything PDF Filler has to offer my business.

Very easy to use. Able to locate any forms that I needed
Not having to use type text of IRS forms.
Ease of Use. Ability to locate any forms that I needed. Ease of transferring to file and in printing the forms.
The T appearing for typing text when I do not want it. I have not other cons. I have enjoyed working with this software and have not run into problems.

4 stars for now, I will change it once I receive my refund but I am happy with my interaction with their chat support. His name is Ralph, very straightforward , no wasting of time unlike other customer supports I encountered in the past.

Sam, on-line support did a great job!
I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.

How to Use the Rewrite Document Feature in pdfFiller
The Rewrite Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily make changes to your existing documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Once you're logged in, click on the 'My Forms' tab at the top of the page.

Find the document you want to rewrite and click on it to open it.

In the document editor, click on the 'Rewrite Document' button located in the toolbar.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to choose the source of the document you want to rewrite. You can select from options such as uploading a file from your computer, importing from cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox, or selecting a document from your pdfFiller account.

After selecting the source, click on the 'Next' button.

The document will be loaded into the editor, and you can now make changes to it. You can add text, images, or shapes, delete or rearrange pages, and even redact sensitive information.
