I think it's very useful but expensive and the basic subscription does not seem adequate to perform some of the things needed at that initial level for that cost.

Great, just unfamiliar with how to align the form instead of having to align each individual letter. Cannot believe this is correct. Otherwise love the look and professional appearance.

The service produces a very handsome document, and facilitates changes when necessary. I had a little trouble navigating back and forth between the document and the print function, but that may be attributable to my lack of familiarity with the product.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

I am in a struggle with the Home Office. I have to fill out multiple forms repeatedly. I bought Adobe but it did not work. This software is very straightforward and I am sharing the document with my Barrister, which saves me money, time and avoids confusion

Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,
