What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

It's really easy to use PDFfiller compared to manually adding fields with standard graphic design programs. The usability of PDFfiller is outstanding for people with minimal backgrounds in working with document software. I like that we can make our documents interactive and can use templates to start off our documents without having to plan too much.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! How do I make one-page portrait and another landscape in Excel?
Click the tab of the first worksheet.
Hold down the Ctrl key as you click tabs of other worksheets you want to have the same orientation as the first worksheet.
Choose the Page Setup option from the File menu.
Specify the orientation you want to use for the selected worksheets.
Click OK.
How do I print vertically?
Click on the “File” menu and then the “Print” tab. Click on the arrow next to the Page Orientation information and select “Landscape Orientation” for vertical printing.
How do you rotate a single page in Excel?
Launch Microsoft Excel 2007 and open the spreadsheet that you want to rotate.
Select the Page Layout tab.
