It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.

Well worth the subsription!
I was a little skeptical about this program initially but I am thankful I gave it a try. It really is worth the minimal amount for a subscription. It is fairly easy to figure out. My one minor issue is how it keeps stacking your changes as recent documents, which again is very minor. I have used this personally, for our church and for work. Let's just say I am getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you for making a good and user friendly product.
