To Save Field Validation Document in OneDrive and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose OneDrive.
If you’re not signed in, click Connect to OneDrive.

the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

How do I copy and paste data validation in Google Sheets?
Copy the cell which has the drop-down list that you want to copy.
Select the cell/cells in which you want to copy the drop-down list.
Right-click and go to Paste Special > Paste data validation only.
