Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

Pros:

Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service!
PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

How long will my application be saved?
Saved applications are automatically deleted after 45 days or after the federal application / correction deadline date. (Click Deadlines on the home page to see the federal application / correction deadline dates).
How long will my application be saved FAFSA?
Remember that the FAFSA is saved for 45 days after the last time you accessed the application. We will save the application for 45 days or until the federal application/correction deadline date has passed. Saved applications are erased after 45 days or after the federal application/correction deadline date.
How do I get my saved FAFSA back?
To restore the application, select the FAFSA/Renewal Application link under Restore a Saved Application on the FAA Main Menu. Enter the student's Social Security Number, last name, first name, date of birth, and the Transaction Password you used to save the application so that we can search for it in our database.
Why is my FAFSA not saving?
If you are disconnected from the FAFSA on the Website at any time, your application will be automatically saved, and you can retrieve it after 45 minutes. If you do not remember your Save Key, you can reset it by clicking I Forgot My Save Key or contact customer service.
How long does it take to hear back from FAFSA?
After you submit your FAFSA® and it processes, you will receive your Student Aid Report (SAR) in about 3 to 14 days or sometimes longer depending on if your reception it over email or by post, and other factors.
Does your FAFSA expire?
Your username and password do not expire.
How long is FAFSA good for?
Federal student aid has an award year that runs from July 1 to June 30. The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) has a 21-month application cycle that begins on October 1, nine months before the start of the award year, and ends on June 30, the last day of the award year.
Can you start FAFSA and finish later?
Near the beginning of the application, you'll create a save key, a temporary password that you'll use if you start your FAFSA form, save it without finishing it, then want to open it again later to finish it.
