I had a few problems with my docs at… I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. Form Field Templates are reusable layers of fields that can be applied to any document. Templates are ideal if you have one field layout that works for multiple documents, or if you have a document that can be sent several different ways.
Field templates are prototypes from which you can generate individual fields on a form. The field template can contain both the visual properties of the field and a field script. Using field templates offers the following advantages: • Decreases time and errors involved in creating fields.
To attach one or more files to the list item, click Add attachments, locate the file, and then click Open. Hold down the CTRL key when selecting files to attach more than one file. If the Add attachments command is unavailable, your list doesn't support attachments. Click Save.
Click the File tab. Click Save & Send, and then click Save to SharePoint. Find the SharePoint location to which you want to save, and click Save As. In the Save As dialog box, click Save.
Form fields in a Word document are fields or blanks that can be completed by using tabs to select the field to be completed. Most forms that contain form fields are also locked, which means that the form cannot be modified. It can only be completed.
