This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. As a military veteran, I am constantly filling out standard forms for military, the veterans administration, etc., so this is a great way to fill out a form neatly, and methodically, instead in my own hand writing. The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Can you revert a PDF to older version?
If you've accidentally overwritten a PDF file, you can restore it back to a previous version using the File History feature in Windows. If you didn't have File History enabled on your machine, you will need to restore from a backup if one is available.
How do I save an older version of a PDF?
Open a single PDF, or select one or more PDFs in a PDF Portfolio. Choose File > Save As Other > Reduced Size PDF. Select the version compatibility that you need.
How do you save PDF so no changes can be made?
On Windows, just follow these steps: Right-click your PDF. Select Properties. Choose Read-only. Click OK.
How do I revert to a previous version of a PDF?
Open the File Explorer right-click the folder where the deleted PDF files were stored. If you're using Windows 11, click Show more options. Select the Restore previous versions option. Select a previous version of the folder and click Open or Open in File History.
How do I remove the date modified from a PDF?
You can change the created date on a PDF using the Remove Properties tool. Right-click on your PDF and choose Properties. Open the Details tab and select the Remove Properties and Personal Information link. Choose the option for “Create a copy with all possible properties removed” and select OK.
