good. It took awhile for me to figure out how to print it, but it thought I was on actual disability website and when found it was a fee I got discouraged because I felt it was misleading, but after I used it I felt better.

so far so good...I have just tried it today with billing to Medicare and I hope the forms go through properly and the claims are paid. I will not know how this works until I see if the claims have been honored.

Good for business
Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using
PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage.
Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

Love the ease of use.
I would highly recommednd this product to any business person.
Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance.
Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

kara was great
kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Please give her kudo's and preferably a raise for dealing with an older computer geek

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

How do I enable Save As PDF?
Select Save . Select the File tab. Select Save As . In the File Name box, enter a name for the file, if you haven't already. In the Save as type list, select PDF (*.pdf) . Select Options to set the page to be printed, to choose whether markup should be printed, and to select output options. Select Save .
Why will my Word document not save as a PDF?
When you get this error when trying to save Word Doc as PDF, you will need to use Save As from the drop-down option before you click Save. Make sure that you choose the PDF option in the "Save As" window.
