It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).

for the most part, all of the documents that i need have been found on PDF filler. I did have to find the 2016 1099 int form on another site, but at least i found it.

Some IRS forms cannot be saved. By transferring the form to PDFfiller, changes can be kept for additional editing if needed.

Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.

Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas.
