PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. What do you like best?
The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

We have many documents that have to be changed constantly. Tax Exemption Forms, Charts and Invoices. This makes it very easy.

Have not had time to discover ALL the options offered by pdfFiller, but from the little I have used so far it appears as a 'one-stop shop' for everything I need or might need in the future to handle my documents. Great app!

A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).
