I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I had a difficult time with it and it took a long time just to fill out passport forms for my wife and I. I just could not get the hang for it, but someone smarter than me and maybe younger, I am 72, will do much better with PDF filler.

Very simple and incredibly useful. This is my secret weapon as I can change, modify or update any PDF document and have it ready to go within minutes. Probably my most useful app.

Didn't expect a trial... kind of took me by surprise after I used it to file a larger pdf. I like the software but the tactic is a little... predatory?

Fill it out!
Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email.
I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send.
I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

Great for needed digital signatures on contracts, etc. We also use it to edit maps we use in our business for clarity.

This is a great service
This is a great service. Easy to use. Easy to upload, edit and share documents you need others to review. Also extremely easy to fax and there's even a service to mail the document within the U.S. from your computer from anywhere in the world. Highly recommend it.
