Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Before PDFfiller - you couldnt even see the glass top on my computer desk., but now, since using PDFfiller, you can actually see every square inch of my desk! there isnt a single piece of paper 'waiting to be scanned', or filled out, so on and so forth. Hard to get used to, and probably a lot of features we are not taking advantage of for lack of know-how, but very reliable and handy. We mostly use it to send for signature.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.
