I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

I have been help a lot with PDF filler! I can read, analyze, summarize, and even extract text and data from PDFs. If one need specific information pulled out, like tables, certain sections, or individual words, I can help with that too. And if you’re creating or editing a PDF, one can be assisted with formatting suggestions, content organisation, or even generating the text. If the PDF is complex or full of visuals, one can offer general descriptions, but it's harder for me to "see" the images in it. Overall, whether it’s processing, creating, or editing text-based content in PDF filler ,can be a solid resource.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.

How to Save Required Field Document

Follow these steps to use the Save Required Field Document feature in pdfFiller.

Go to your pdfFiller account or create one if you don’t have one.

Click the Add New button to upload your file or drag-and-drop one.

Click the Create Document button and create one from scratch. It will automatically get saved to the Docs tab.

Can't find the document you need? Click Create Document and generate one from scratch and save it to the Docs tab.

Select the Save Required Field Document feature from the toolbar and apply it to your document.

Click DONE if you finished editing the file and want it to be saved in your account.

Go over the document and check it for errors and typos.

Rename the newly edited document or save it as is.

Go to the Documents tab and tag the newly processed document with a specific color to quickly locate it later.

From this tab, click on the template icon on the right to create a reusable template out of your document.

Many forms have fields that must be filled in by the user. One of the advantages of using mobile forms over paper or spreadsheets is that you can prevent the user from submitting the form until all of the mandatory information has been filled in.
How to indicate a required field Provide the required text in the label. Provide a graphic * image in the label with appropriate alt text. Providing a star (asterisk) symbol. Use of color to identify if a form control is required. Providing HTML5 and ARIA required attributes.
What are required form fields? To put it simply, a required form field must contain an answer before the respondent can submit the form. These are fields that absolutely must be answered in order for the form to be useful. It's possible for a form to be useful without having any required fields.
Summary: Using an asterisk to mark required fields is an easy way to improve the usability of your forms. Only marking optional fields makes it difficult for people to fill out the form.
When you make a field required, people must enter an answer to the field in order to submit their entry. When someone tries to submit an entry without filling out a required field, we highlight the problematic fields and display an error message to let them know the field is required.
