I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

What do you like best?
Ease with which any preprinted form can be filled out and then printed.
What do you dislike?
Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.
