I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

It's really convenient, I've been using it to fill out paper applications since I don't like filling them out since I have dysgraphia. I have some slight issues though, like I had one application where the check box would automatically do a cross and if I want to do a checkmark I have to drag it, which I also have issues with it aligning correctly. alignment isn't too bad, but it's slightly off. Otherwise I love using this site. :D

This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!
