Search Text in PDF

pdfFiller helps you quickly spot the word or phrase you’re looking for in a document regardless of how often it appears or the length of the document. Use the Search tool to find a word or a phrase in the currently open document. To activate the Search tool, click the magnifier icon in the main toolbar or press CTRL+F on your keyboard.

Type the text you want to find in the search field. The counter will show you the number of the current search term and the total number of search terms found in the document. The current search term is highlighted in green, the others are highlighted in red. To jump to the next instance of the search term, click Next; to return to the previous instance, click Previous.

To do this click on Design >Customize Theme > and then click Header & Footer. From here you can change all font colors at one time for both the Header and Footer, the background color of the section, turn on Page Numbering for the PDF or printed version of the document, and more.
Click the three dots above the page you would like to add to the library, here you will see the option to add the page to the Content Library. Specific blocks: To start, click on the block you wish to save, once the block is clicked a floating menu bar appears at the top. Click on the 'Add to Library' icon.
Tag Hover over the document/template and click on the ellipses on the far right. Select Add tags. Choose a tag from the list or create a new one. Press Save.
Using CRM variables in titles Copy a CRM variable you'd like to insert in the template title. Open a template you use to create documents from your CRM and paste the copied variable into the template title. Create a document from this template via your CRM and the variable will be auto-filled with the field value.
Reordering Pages The feature is super simple to use. In a Template or Document, on the top left of the page next to the Undo icon, you will now see pages icon. Simply click this new icon, and a left sidebar will pop out. Here you can move pages up and down the template.
PandaDoc allows you to type, upload, or draw your electronic signature. You can even completely customize your signatures in your PandaDoc account settings. Create your own digital signature or limit the type of signature your signers can use.
Add page numbers Open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap Edit . Tap Insert . Tap Page Number . Choose where you want the page numbers to go, and whether you want the first page to be skipped.
