I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.
