They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

How do I find the issue date of my driver's license?
Go to the official website of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. On the portal, enter your application number and date of birth. Click on the submit button. Now, the driver license status is displayed.
Where is the issue date on MO driver's license?
MO licenses issued in 2013 and future years include an issue date labelled 4a ISS located to the bottom right of the license.
Where do I find the issue date on my driving License?
If you look at the driver's license card carefully, you can see that your California driver's license issue date is written on the right bottom corner of your card, marked as ISS.

What does the “issued” date mean on my driver license? The date displayed after the word “ISSUED” on your driver license document is the date that the driver license transaction was processed, not the date when your first driver license was issued.

The newer style MO drivers licenses have a field called ISS for the issue date. The old style MO driver's license has a string of numbers vertically along the photo that are encoded with the issue date.
