To Whom It May Concern, I need to let you know that I jumped the gun on submitting my prior severely bad review. Knoll G ended up figuring out the issue and assisted greatly in resolving it. She had much more patience than I had as I had been trying to figure out where everything had been changed to from when I used your site the year before. After 4 hours of much frustration, Knoll G saved the day. I would like to ask for you to somewhat disregard my initial review. I only say somewhat because I feel that the site had such a huge change from last year's "easy to use" formatting. I never needed to use support help. That said, I would like to praise Knoll G. She never gave up even when I did. Huge THANK YOU for not giving up Knoll! You're great and I hope you get some sort of reward for going above and beyond. I would also like to add a technical note...I don't know how everything is viewed on the companies side, but it was very difficult to work with support in terms of the chat box. Every time Knoll G gave me a direction to go and I went (which means the screen changed), I would lose the chat box and had to wait for Knoll G to type and send me something before the box would reappear and then I could respond. It only added to my then current frustration so your site coders might want to look into that.

PDFfiller Review I love that I can pull up any pdf form and fill in the blanks. I do a lot of work with the postal forms and this has been so helpful with keeping the information. I wish you could just double click on a form and open the file, but nothing other than that

Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund. I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

Hover your cursor over the line of text you want to select. The line will be highlighted.

Click on the line of text to select it. A text box will appear around the selected line.

Edit the selected text as needed. You can change the font, size, color, and style of the text.

To move the selected text, click and drag the text box to the desired location.

To delete the selected text, press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.

To deselect the text, click anywhere outside the text box.

Word 2013 - 2021 Select the text you want to copy and press Ctrl+C. Place your cursor where you want to paste the copied text and press Ctrl+V.

To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y. The Undo and Redo features let you remove or repeat single or multiple typing actions, but all actions must be undone or redone in the order you did or undid them – you can't skip actions.
Copy using Ctrl+C, move your cursor to the new location of text, then paste to the new location with Ctrl+V. Right-click selected text, select either Copy or Cut, then right-click the new location of text and select Paste.
Shift–Command–Down Arrow: Select the text between the insertion point and the end of the document. Shift–Command–Left Arrow: Select the text between the insertion point and the beginning of the current line. Shift–Command–Right Arrow: Select the text between the insertion point and the end of the current line.
On Android, a double-tap or a long press on a word will select it in its entirety. But if you then want to select more words on either side of the first one, keep your finger pressed down and drag it around the screen.
If you want to highlight a whole line of text, move your cursor to the start of the line, hold Shift , and then press Down arrow . You may also use the shortcut key combination Shift + End . If you want to highlight all text (the entire page), press the shortcut key Ctrl + A .
