Sometimes it is hard to download the document to the computer and takes a couple of tries because of Adobe Flash Player

Can be a simple way to fill out documents. I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy. I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

On the Maintain payment information screen, delete any information you wish to change and enter the following:

Although your checking account balance doesn't affect qualifying for unemployment benefits, your recent earnings do. You must look for a job while you are receiving unemployment benefits and take a job if one is offered.
From the date your direct deposit application is received, it takes about 1 week for direct deposit to be established so long as the information on the form is correct. The time it takes to set up direct deposit for your unemployment benefits varies by state. Generally, it takes five to seven days for processing. Some states, such as Washington, can take up to 14 days, whereas Ohio takes only three to four days to set up a direct deposit account.
