Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Definitely would recommend

The only thing I wished for in using it was copy/paste for adding many text lines of the same size and shape again and again instead of creating each one each time.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.
It's a good tool.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

I was perplexed when my money was…
I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!
