Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

The site is very easy to navigate. I'm a novice when it comes to anything to do with forms, etc. Your site is so easy because it's intuitive. It just makes sense about what to do next, no hunting around trying to figure what the site builders were thinking. Easy peasy.

PDFfiller is a good value application for PDF file editing, filling and file management. My limited use of the application so far leaves a lot of its functionality to be discovered. However, it is very user friendly and simple to work with.

How do you get a mailing permit?
Go to your local post office and fill out ps3615 form. The initial cost of the postal permit is $220 (one-time fee). Payment for permits is to be made to the USPS and mailed to the Blaine Post Office — 701 Harrison Ave., Blaine, WA 98230-9998. Your permit is for one year at a time from the day the permit is issued.
How do I get a postal permit number?
Download a copy of PS Form 3615, Mailing Permit Application and Customer Profile. Take your completed PS Form 3615 to your local Business Mail Entry Unit or Post Office. At the Post Office, submit your PS Form 3615 and pay the permit imprint application fee. Make your first deposit into your permit imprint account.

How do postage permits work?
A “permit imprint” is a way of paying postage. Many mailers get a “permit” to mail with “permit imprint.” To keep your permit imprint account active, you must do a commercial mailing at least once every 2 years. Once your account is inactive, you'll have to pay the application fee again to “turn it back on.”
What is a permit imprint USPS?
Permit imprint is the most popular and convenient way to pay for postage, especially for high volume mailings. Instead of using precanceled stamps or a postage meter, the mailer prints postage information in the upper right corner of the tailpiece.
How do I get a non-profit mailing permit?
There is NO FEE to apply for nonprofit status. However, you will need to pay an annual mailing fee when submitting a mailing and, if you decide to pay with permit imprint, a permit imprint application fee. When your application is approved, you will receive an authorization letter from the Postal Service.
Can nonprofits mail for free?
Nonprofit postage prices are available only for domestic mail, not for international mail. A nonprofit status from the IRS does not automatically qualify you to mail at nonprofit prices. Publication 417 and your Business Mail Entry Unit office can assist in the determination.
