It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

PDF filler is VERY easy to use
PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

How do I release my USPS signature?
To authorize the release of a USPS package, sign into the free USPS Informed Delivery service. On your dashboard, click a package that's arriving. If you haven't signed up for it yet, you can do so online, but USPS will need to send you a code in the mail before you can access the account.
How do I leave my USPS signature?
To provide an electronic signature for an eligible item (Tailpiece or Package), scroll to the item and click Apply your USPS Electronic Signature Online. When more information on the item displays, click Apply in the USPS Electronic Signature Online section.
Can I leave a note for USPS signature required?
US Postal Service To authorize the release of a USPS package, sign into the free USPS Informed Delivery service. If you see the message Note: DI not available for this package, either the package doesn't need a signature or you have to provide a signature in person.
How do I get USPS to leave package without signature?
A “Waiver of Signature” is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carrier's discretion (if area is secured and protected from weather) without obtaining the recipient's signature. Note: Waiver of Signature must be checked at time of mailing by the Sender. It cannot be amended in transit.
Does my USPS package require a signature?
Some pieces of mail require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery. This includes items sent with Priority Mail Express (if requested), Certified Mail, Collect on Delivery, Insured Mail (over $500), Registered Mail, Return Receipt, Signature Confirmation, and Adult Signature.

The USPS offers a service called Signature Confirmation that gives shippers extra peace of mind by requiring a signature from the recipients of their packages. This requires the recipient of your package to positively ID himself before the USPS carrier will deliver the package.
