So far so good... I could not find anything that said I have to pay AFTER I filled out a form. After I informed PDF of this situation they said I should have found it here and there. PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

It has been a little difficult at times but I am computer illiterate so if I can do it or manage to figure it out I think it’s safe to say anyone’s name. I like the erase tool the best. I find PDF Filler to be much easier to use than Adobe.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I would change about PDF filler (or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet) - it doesn't seem to correct the leveling of the sheet if it was scanned in a little crooked.

the erase feature should be slightly…
the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.
