the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour.
