I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

Just started using it today and found that it's a capable software. Tends to be slow sometime but that's maybe because of the internet connection. Overall it's good.

PDF Filler is great. However, I wish it had some photo cleanup like features. For instance the ability to white out, or clean up shadows, or dark areas, while leaving all printed in black areas in tact.

I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.

Basic PDF Editor
I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it
It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc.
It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great tool for PDF format
It's good to have it and override feature added on
Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages
It's not free and commercialize product, so it can be personal use. It has limited features when it's not upgraded to an override version

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.
