You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I love the fact that you can choose which pages you would like to print. Another great feature is it saves each document automatically and you can save the completed document to another device.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Thank you!

Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

Editing PDF DOCs. Ability to search works great.

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

How do I enable all features in PDF?
Right-click the document in the browser and choose Document Properties. Click the Advanced tab. When Protected View is enabled, the status says Protected Mode: On. If you trust the PDF and where it came from, click Enable All Features.
How do I reset my PDF?
Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Choose ScanS oft PDF Converter Professional. Click Change. Choose Repair. Click Next 3 times. In the Windows Explorer Integration section clear the check mark from Default viewer for PDF files. Click Next.
